  I was given a respectable quote when I first signed up with Allstate. I was very impressed, and sang their praises. 4 months in and I've already received four policy changes stating my insurance that I was originally quoted to go up. My agent came up with excuses saying that there were discounts that had gone unchecked. I was told the problem was fixed, then I received another policy change where my insurance went up. Then I received a phone call saying that I owe them 2 months that I hadn't paid when my account was set up for automatic payments through Allstate. THEN They had suspended my automatic payments, therefore making me miss my payments, not by choice. To be honest I'm glad they suspended my automatic payments, because they were going to take out more than what I was quoted. I wish I could just say it was Marshall Allstate but I've been given the runaround through several different people and the problems still keep happening. Now they're telling me, there are forms that haven't been filled out, which is causing my insurance quote to go up. Well then why was I not told that I had forms that I needed to fill out, instead of just raising my insurance quote. I would never recommend you go to Allstate. Marshall Allstate does not return phone calls.

  I've been with this agent for a few years now and can say that his office has always been great in last second situations. My rates haven't increase at an insane level unlike with other companies and when I've called with a new vehicle, they've always looked into ways to cut my cost prior to giving me a quote. I don't leave the office feeling like just another policy number.
